Back in March 2024, I spoke at University of Texas Law's 23rd Annual IP Symposium and took an experimental approach in what I called an "immersive copyright lecture" -- the idea was to "embody copyright law" by asking the audience to create potentially copyrightable works in real time and analyze those works against ChatGPT-generated content.
